- Support data and process analysis in real client projects across e-commerce and logistics
- Model and visualize data to support decision-making, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and explore solutions ("vibe coding": solving complex problems through smart prompting rather than traditional coding)
- Contribute to solution proposals and client presentations
- Support RizonX's business development in Spain (market research, contact identification, sales materials)
- Help coordinate between the Barcelona office and the Berlin team

Your mission
Your profile
- Recent university degree (within the last 3 years) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or similar, with a quantitative focus
- Strong affinity for technology: comfortable exploring AI tools, willing to learn to solve problems through prompting rather than traditional coding alone
- Advanced Excel skills; basic knowledge of Python, R, or SQL is a plus
- English and/or German language skills are a plus
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong willingness to learn in an international environment
- Availability of 20–40 hours/week (negotiable)
